that's too bad the box isn't working out for you. The Dr. Jon's soap is very soft. I had one that was shifted like that as well, from a different vendor. Hopefully there is some good stuff in the 3rd box!
Customer service is everything. But to have none and a bad product is a death nil as far as I'm concerned.
Here is my third, and final box, from Classy Man Shave Club. As they arrived/packed. The Coconut Island has a nice light coconut oil scent, like a suntan lotion oil, not like eating coconut. The Tobac Vanille soap and AS spray are a nice vanilla with undertones of tobacco. The "body * face charcoal soap".... Not for me... I am excited about the Feather blades. Heard a lot about them, this is my first pack of them. I'll have more info in the SOTD threads as I try out the shave soaps.
