Talking with the wife today, she said she liked the smell, but it was too flowery for me. She likes me to wear Vintage Old Spice.

 

Actually I routinely use almost everything you have in the box. I'd be worried about sending out that E type. You may have seen it for the last time

I am awaiting the arrival of the passaround box that contains
"the Veg" . I'm so excited to see what kind of goodies are packed in the box to try out . I will keep everyone updated when it arrives. Just want to say you folks at The Shave Den rock I've never seen anything like this before thanks for allowing me the pleasure of hanging out here thanks.

The passaround box containing the "Veg" has arrived . I was really suprised to see all the goodies packed in one box . So after dinner a shower and a shave are in order I will post results after the trial . Hopefully it's not an error . Now to decide what to test out of the passaround box so many blades and razors to chose from maybe the Gem MMOC and a vintage Gem Blade we shall see results to follow . Thanks to everyone who has made this passaround box possible you guy rock.

So the winner from the passaround box was the vintage Gem OCMM razor blades . I own a NOS Gem OCMM I got last year for my birthday and never used . Today I took it for a test drive with the vintage blades. I was very pleased with the results the D. R. Harris Arlington shaving cream was nice and slick . The Lilac Veg is still waiting for the final vote . My wife says I smell like her grandma but I gotta say I don't think I'm a big fan . But you never know till you try right . Tomorrow night I will try again to see what the results are .

Hello everyone, I'm glad to see the passaround box is a hit! It is good to see also, that @old-school shaver liked the vintage blades. The Dr. Harris Arlington seems to be a hit as well. All good news. It makes me happy to see the enjoyment here. God Bless you guys, enjoy!

 

How did the second try with the Veg go?

 

I have come to the conclusion that the Veg is not for me Whoever wants a try at the passaround box next sign up here and I will get it going your way.

Used the Schick Type E Injector that's in the passaround box toda. What a great shave it gave me . I'm not sure what blades are with it but they sure worked great. Anyone else wants to try this box sign up here . Have a great day everyone .

Excellent. It's nice to see "The Veg" being used, and on a world tour, no less.

 

Sorry to say, there are no more brave souls, willing to try "The Veg". So, it is making its way home. I guess I will try it one more time, before I decide what to do with it. Possibly a PIF.
