welcome freind...this is great advice/mindset to have...I will say that this is the fun part, and everything is open to you now...Its like those choose you own adventure books where there is no "right" answer, only what is best for you....I can promise that whatever set up you start with wont be your last so dont kill yourself trying to find the perfect setup...good luck and look forward to seeing your journey
I have gotten a lot of help/entertainment from Nick Shaves on YouTube. He's a great guy and does a lot of reviews of soaps, blades, just about any shave gear

Welcome. Speaking from experience there are some great tutorials out there that can really give you the scoop and put the whole process into focus. There's also alot of old timers here that can give you great insight. Good luck.
