I've tried the rose and lime. They performed excellently. They don't I'd have a very mild scent though, which is fine. Worth the price I paid Sent from my QMV7B using Tapatalk
I've ordered from here before. It's a good deal on a good performing cream. It's an excellent introduction to British style shaving creams.
I have enjoyed these for years now. The only flavor I dont care for is the tea. Caution however, these tubes are very old and you will likely get a bad one or two now and then.
I didn't realize they were still available. I bought 10 tubes a few years ago and still have some. In fact, recently I found a partial tube of opened Sandalwood and a partial tube of opened Lavender. Both had dried up but I just scraped out the product and mashed it into the bottom of a bowl and got several good shaves from it. I just used some of the Lavender this morning as there's still some left in the bowl.
That's a positive when purchasing creams - they contain some kind of preservative because of the water content. If they dry up, rehydrate and keep going! I got to try a sample of the lime scented when a soap pass around happened. Good stuff, though I don't recall the scent being overwhelming. Thanks for bumping the thread @ cubancigar2000!
Thanks Bob, Good stuff. I still have a tube or two of Lavender around. I'm gonna try some Lime for the summer.
