I used a GSB. You have to slip the blade under the clip for it to for right. BTW, that was a steal. Herm
They were located next to the entrance ramp of the Brooklyn Bridge! Wow! I used to pass by there every day years back.
Yet a different version. No diamond center, the Barbasol style baseplate. No Cooper markings but it sure looks like it would be. It's a bit less efficient than the other three piece and my least favorite of the three. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I'm really just testing a way to streamline uploading photos from my phone without using tapatalk. But the photo is of a Cooper so I'll upload it here.
Thanks! It is a very nice scent, first off you notice the oud and the rose, with the raspberry and the lime just adding a bit of sweetness and tang.
I finally found one and used it today. Had a bit of an issue on getting the blade loaded, and had a ripple on one edge. Going to try and make sure the ear of the blade is under the clip when I load it next time. The shave was great. Head geometry on this allows getting a nice shallow angle that most DEs won't allow. Had a decent 3 pass shave, even with a blade I don't particularly care for.
Well, I mostly post on a couple of other forums, but like what I see here, so I thought I'd join in on the fun! I acquired my Cooper Monobilt last May at an antique/consignment store. I really like the flip top on it, and while the first couple of shaves with it were questionable, I bit of technique refinement turned it into a super nice shaver:
Round two with the Monobuilt. Works much better when you slide the blade under the tab on the open side.
Ladies and Gents the Cooper Stereobilt Double Open Comb. No more distorted blades. Tested, it's a thing. Full shave report tomorrow. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Cooper three piece/Yaqi DOC. The Yaqi fixes what's broke with the Cooper (distortion of non-Cooper blades) and transforms the neglected StereoBilt into a mild but efficient machine. Fresh Nacet. Keeper. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
