Corned Beef and Cabbage or Shepherds Pie?

    We'll be doing corned beef with cabbage, potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker. I'll pick up some Guinness to use for the cooking liquid. I'll also pick up some Soda Bread. As I get older I really shouldn't be eating the corned beef but man that stuff is amazing. And of course I'll have to wash it down with a Guinness. From a can with the widget of course.
