LOL!! Every now and then, no matter where I am or what I'm doing, that image of him saying "Holly Balls" with tears in his eyes pops in my head and I laugh out loud. LOL!!
After watching that video I can see why! Saying that and wiping his eyes followed by "this is good stuff. I really like it." Man that just made my evening!
In I know I promised a review of The Ehaving Yeti's Yeti Snot soap. The reason I haven't posted one yet is be cause I haven't gotten it yet. On their website they posted that they got a little overwhelmed by the response to their soap and it would take alityle longer to get them out. So, I've been patiently waiting and I did email them today to check on my order. I'll let you know what I find out.
I got an email back from Ernie B. at The Shaving Yeti, in it he said that they are still behind on shipping orders out and mine should ship on Mon.. Apparently they underestimated demand because he said they were only expecting a couple of hundred orders, he didn't say how many they had but I know mine is no. 569. So when it gets here I'll let you know.
Whoa the Snot IS COLD!!! Just finished a two pass shave about ten minutes ago and still feelin' it. A three pass might cause frostbite And if you head shave you might get a brain freeze,
I think I'll pass on the Yeti Snot. Being one with sensitive skin, my face tends to glow red after extended menthol lather exposure. I do enjoy a refreshing 'cool sting' but if this stuff is akin to putting Icy Hot on your mug—and compare the before and after from the video—I'll forgo the pleasure....
That dude is weak sauce!!!! I'll take one for the team next week, and let ya know. My money is on a sudden outbreak of Rosacea.
The Yeti Snot is bone-chillingly cold, BUT: It's not colder than Stirling Glacial - at least not to me. Both soaps are the two coldest on Planet Earth.
I didn't have any reddened skin after my shave, however going out in 40 deg. windy weather after using it is not recommended
I don't know if I'd be inclined to blame the lather; it looked like he rushed face lathering and it was a little thicker and provided less glide than you'd expect. Combine that with an R41 - could be why he was so beet faced.
