Neal, could you follow up on what you mean here...let's say, for instance, I don't use a particular shave soap for over a month(which is becoming the case now, as I have many-for me that is). When I bring out that soap(that hasn't been used for a month)will that one lather easier than before?)

    NCoxSTL AAACK!

In my experience, creams lather much easier than soaps. That's what I was after there. As far as leaving them sit between uses (soaps, that is) it depends on the soap. My Stirling soaps don't seem to care how long they wait in their tubs. They lather just as easily every time. Mitchell's, if not used often enough, will actually shrink up as it dries out making it harder and in need of some help getting back to an easy lathering state. The hard soaps, MWF, Williams, anything like that tend to do that. Is that more clear?

It is, yes. The only "cream" I have that "doubles" as a soap is from Razorock, the Aqua "Shave Cream/Soap". I always get good lather going with that one. More of a struggle with my other Razorock, the 3x milled "Lime Burst".

Even I have second thoughts on some of my goofy posts. I can't run and hide from a couple of Mods, though. ;)

It’s not shown anywhere near what it should be at a lot of companies. But with how well we are treated goes a long way, especially when the call comes about needing to go out of town with one to four days notice for a few days or weeks.

James Taylor would have something to say about your post here:

    "This is widely known"

Thank you, Perry! I see the melted chocolate ice cream as well. An interesting color for shave lather.

I'm going to have to conduct an "ongoing investigation" to see how I feel about that kind of shave lather.
