    Brush: Semogue 1470.
    Face Lather.
Lather : HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap (No.1) with Cedarwood & Patchouli.
    Blade: Derby Usta. (D4)
Razor: Edwin Jagger DE 89. (Kelvin)

    Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Cien Men X-Bolt ASL + Sensitive ASB.

    Greetings,

    Early morning shave,

A fantastic shave to finish my shaving week off on a high note.

The Derby Usta/EJ DE 89 duo has been outstandingly good. Each and every shave with the Derby Usta throughout the week has been smooth comfortable, & efficient. If i didn't have such a vast amount of DE blades to use up i would put an order in for a 100 Derby Usta's instantly.

A very enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

Terrific Thursday shave Barry. I didn't know that MWF has a Cedarwood/ Patchouli version. Have a super day!

You may have to downgrade that shave from Outta This World Excellent to Just About Nearly Excellent. It appears that you over-harvested Cactus Nation. @Paul Turner, what's the ruling?

Hope you are doing well, Myles. I always enjoy reading your updates. But this one - not so much. :)

    Stay safe!

My dad had a good laugh when he read a newspaper story where the writer used the term "almost similar to". You're right, Cactus Nation has begun to require some serious work.

:signs001: Joe...You have mistaken the Hampshire Wool Fat Shaving soap for MWF, you are right, which doesn't come in a Cedarwood/patchouli version.
Out of interest here's a link to the maker of the HWF soap. Home | Dr. R. Tantra (wixsite.com)...i have all the HWF /lanolin shaving soap recipes in my humble soap collection, which my mature skin adores.:love055:...Have a great day.

Well, sadly this was a Throwback Thursday shave that didn't go as well as I'd hoped. I need to do much better with MWF. It reminds me of my Williams shaves-you almost can't see what you're shaving. North Porcupine Alley turned out fine, as did the rest of the Northern Hemisphere (cheeks, sideburns-everything above the jawline). More problems with Cactus Nation though. The angling was fine, but the ingrown hair areas weren't. The top right side needs work, I'll say that(oh, I just DID). In fact, I just decided on a replacement for tomorrow-brought out the Stoylin Sheep, and moved the MWF to the back of the bus(den). Hopefully I can fix what's happening down at Cactus Nation with the Sheep. The best part of the shave was the administering of the Bill Neumann aftershave(Heartwood). Great skin food. . Although as I say Northern Hemisphere was great, this one is lucky to get a Pretty Excellent on the whole. My struggles with MWF continue :-(. But don't worry, I won't go on live with a MWF video and say, "I really don't like this soap", like the kid did while doing a Williams video).

Thanks for the clarification Barry. For a minute, I thought that I missed something. I appreciate the stuff you use because we aren't familiar with most of it in the States.
