    Gentlemen, I hope you all are well. As you know, I've been scarce these past few days. My Bride has not been well, so that's naturally where my focus needs to be. She is feeling better, but we see the doc again this week. He suspects an infection, which has the potential to be serious for her. We're still waiting on some test results to determine next steps. We covet your prayers.

    I will jump in when I can with a shave report and hopefully some discussion on what I am learning.

    @lightcs1776 I have had success stropping with the following: 25 lap linen, 50 laps leather. Seems to work for me. Hope this helps.

    Very nice shave Danny. The soap seems to be fickle. Yet I do like a challenge. My inclination is to refrain for acquiring it despite the positive attributes regarding the post shave feel by many here on this thread.
