That's hard to tell from the 3D printed mockup. This is basically a 24mm version of the 30mm I made earlier. I love how that one feels in my hand. I suppose I could make the 30mm version for people who want it. The cost would be slightly more.

I'll make one in aluminum before I start mass producing them. I doubt there will be an issue but if there is I'll adjust the design.

The solid aluminum handles have a good amount of weight to them which I really like, but don't drop one on your foot.

No problem at all Dave! And Thanks! I 3D print my designs before going through the CAM process. The one time I didn't I ended up with a goofy looking brush.

Don't look directly at it. It's painful.

I think I am one of the few people who have saved money. I continue to drool at many things, but in the end, there will always be something else even if I had what I wanted at the moment.

    Thank you, Clint!
The process I followed today was something I read on some Proraso instructions on how to properly use their pre-shave cream. I figured it would work just as well with pre-shave oil. Either way, it felt soothing.
I remember watching a Truefitt & Hill barber use the same process in a YouTube video (using T&H pre-shave oil).
Also...I saw Bill - @Edison Carter performing a similar pre-shave process with soap lather on one of his videos. :happy088: Thanks, Bill!

I think I still have an unused bottle of AOS Sandalwood pre-shave oil. I need to find it and give it a try. Thank you for the tip.

Beautiful work and a unique design, Evan. How secure is the grip on a polished handle if it is wet?

Thanks Clint. The Outlets were a zoo. I stay in the car. The missus was in and out of the Disney store in twenty minutes.

I don't have any issues holding them. The wide base of the handle fits well in the palm and fingers grap fairly securely in the narrow neck. I suppose it depends on one's hand strength, but I don't imagine it would be a problem.

The polished finish looks a little nicer but I can bead blast them too. It's a little less work for me. The bead blasted brown looks just like a piece of chocolate.

I doubt you'd have a problem with a polished anodized brush but if you did I can exchange or refinish it.
