    I was hoping to get caught up with the thread...doesn't look promising.
    Like you, I feel younger than I am. The usual aches and pains, nothing too serious though. Mentally, I'm still a kid. ;)
    Hopefully I can change my mindset soon, and get at least a little more serious about eating better and getting some activity. My wife and I are both weirdo vegetarians, however we aren't healthy-eating ones lately. We need to buckle down and start preparing healthier choices. Convenience food is the devil...but it's just so....convenient. Which is a big part of why so much of our nation is overweight.
    I give you props for making changes in your lifestyle for the better. Congrats to you, and keep up the good work.

    If nothing else, I wanted to wish a very Merry Christmas to you all! You're a great group of guys. I'm not super active on forums, but the 30DC thread has been "home" for the last several years. I've said it quite a few times, but this is the greatest group of folks assembled on any forum. You rock.

    The Smart Helix is a cool looking razor. Love the soap...does it smell like Ovaltine, and were you wearing your Bunny suit today?

    Congrats on the light box too! As if you needed something to improve your already great photos!

    after checking out what a "light box" is ,really,i didn't know..and saw our @jluc has one now. i thought i would build one..:D
