Rooney Shave brush, lucite handle with fishing lure embedded in the base. Original box included. Brush was originally purchased NOS. Has been used less than two dozen times. The sticker has been coated with clear nail polish to protect it. That lowers the collector value. Hair used is considered Rooney "heritage" badger. This is a high lofted brush, I would consider it floppy, others might consider it luxurious. I believe it dates from the 1960's or 1970's. Unique, one of a kind.
