I like my DR Harris Windsor aftershave, but the scent lasts only minutes. I have today bought the DR Harris Windsor eau de toliet, hoping it will last longer. I see that other DR Harris scents are offered as colognes, while Windsor is instead toilet water. What's the difference, and why the different offering for Windsor?

The difference is the ratio of scent to alcohol.
    The strength progression goes:
    Aftershave 8%
    Cologne 10-12%
    Eau de Toilette 14%
    Eau de Parfum (perfume) 18%

I don't know where Toilette water falls in that progression, sorry.

Toilet water and Eau de toilette are the same . Just English vs French.
