Both Floris Sandalwood and Tam Dao have been on my dresser at some point, still have a bottle of the Floris as a collectors item since it has been discontinued now. As previously mentioned, the Tam Dao has more staying power and projects more than the Floris. Scent wise they are very different. Tam Dao has a great sandalwood scent on drydown, smells very close to the mysore eo sample I use for reference. Floris is much more subtle, slightly sweeter and refined, on me it seems to last a few hours at best whereas Tam Dao is easily an all day scent.
