All kidding aside, slants have a reputation of being "aggressive," but if you have a fairly heavy beard, they are a good choice. As long as you watch your angle of attack, it is pretty nice to use. And to answer your question Morgoroth, not that I know of, since the adjustable allows you to increase or decrease the "gap" between the blade and the guard. The slant fixes that with its angle. But as Fuzzy says, you can adjust just about anything with a hammer.
