*DONE* A "Hefty" PIF

Ha! Love it!.....'Old School'

 

Well, I received the razor today, and even though I'm using birth year razors all month for my birth month, I'll be trying it out tomorrow. I loaded it up today with a Personna and compared it to my EJ89, and it definitely is more aggressive. Just looking at the blade angle and how much it sticks out from the safety bar has me concerned. Gonna have to go slow with this one.

But one thing I sure do love is the handle, it's nice solid and heavy!

 

And, you can use that handle on your EJ89 or any Gillette 3-piece. Enjoy.

Wooooo, it sure is aggressive! I got lulled into a false sense while shaving my cheeks cause it was very smooth. Then I got below my jaw line and got bit, three times. That's the first time I've cut myself shaving in a very long time. Going to have to go much slower next time.

 

Yeah, too aggressive for me. If you can't tame it, it makes a great PIF. Someone out there may like it. However, the handle is pretty cool.

 

Yeah, I'll give it a fair shake, but if it is not for me, I'll pass it along. Thanks for the opportunity to try it.
