*DONE* Gillette Adjustable Slim PIF

As they say it is midnight somewhere, and as we have folk who live in different time zone midnight has passed, for some, so the party has begun.....

 

Sarge Great PIF. It's not Midnight here yet can't wait, so I guess I will have to watch an old movie tonight and then when it's midnight sign in.

Remember you must have 5 viable Threads...which means you must have created at least 5 ***Threads of of value. i.e. my name is so and so" is not a Thread", review of a shaving cream is a thread. You can see you post in search. I am looking for these, if you are just in the conversation that is not included, also going in in other PIFs is not a thread, Starting a PIF is a Thread. So if you do not see your name it is because I have not seen the minimum amount of threads. If I am wrong please PC me, and I will recheck and add the member.

I am in. I was shocked at how many threads I have started in my short time here (less than 3 months)!

 

I see the issue now, the tapatalk app does not show the line through. I had to go to the website to see the lines.

Nope, seems I been getting lucky at picking the slims up for 15-30 bucks apiece. Why not share the wealth.
I have 2 fatboys, but both of those are staying with me.

Hi Sarge. Nice PIF - not in, as I have one that I've not even tried yet.

The changes with strike out does not show up in Tapatalk, so it might be confusing to many. Maybe just delete the old rule from the post instead of striking it out?

The Slim is a very user-friendly razor, plus the fact it is an adjustable allows one to customize the setting for comfort.
Some prefer it over the Model 195 ('Fat Boy'), but as in all things shaving-related, personal preference varies. I've used this image before, but one can see the relative differences between the FB and the Slim…short & fat vs long & slim


Nice PIF, Sarge! Once folks get a handle on the qualifications to enter, the floodgates should open.
