It would be better if they stayed there, traffic is bad enough here without them. I lived for 2 years in Dillon, CO, we didn't get many snowbirds there though

I used to live in Grand County, quite a few snowbirds in the Grand Lake area and near winter park

I'm in! Very generous PIF you have here. I'm from Concord, Vermont, 35 miles south of the Canadian border and 10 miles west of the New Hampshire Border. Vermont is cold and damp this time of year, hot and humid in the summer so if you want to visit, autumn is the best time of year. 2 weeks of perfect weather in the spring and 2 more in the fall, other than that anything can happen. Oh yes, its almost the start of Maple sugaring season here, that means mud season isn't far away!

I'm in. Also from Colorado. I am down in Castle Rock. Castle rock was originally inhabited by Cheyenne and Arapahoe Native Americans before gold drew Europeans in the 1860s.

    Count me in!
I'm from a small town in Delaware, Ohio. Interesting fact... Hmmmmmm.... That's a tough one. President Hayes was from Delaware Ohio, and instead of preserving his house as a historical landmark downtown, now sits only a small placard in front of a BP station.

My mom lived in Purcell for almost a decade. My sister is still there. We have an awesome Canadian River adventure story from a few years ago that involved a fast rising river about 24 hours after a rain storm. It would make an awesome movie. Half suspenseful adventure, half hillbilly lampoon.

I'm in. From Grande Prairie Alberta, also known as the Swan City because we are one of the main nesting grounds for Trumpeter Swans. Trumpeter Swans were on the endangered species list at one time and conservation efforts in the Grande Prairie area helped in getting the birds off endangered status. We used to have a sister city arrangement with Grand Prairie Texas, but they have since disowned us. We do have a major Dinosaur bone bed find a 1/2 hour drive from town and there is a new Dinosaur Museum. We are in the heart of Oil and Gas country and are now taking a kicking from the low oil prices.
