The monks and priests of the Mount Angel Abbey, two miles from the monastery, are separate from the Queen of Angels and unaffected by its closing." They are nuns that built the Queen of Angels monastery. The monks live in the Abbey up on the hill. I know... Confusing as all get out. Edit: I'm sure the monks eat toast too.
If you have the counter space for it, I think a commercial toaster is a great idea for a large family. Please keep us posted on how it works out.
