Can you provide the instructions for stopping ALL email alerts? Also, what is the message status box for?
Under 'Alerts' you'll find 'Alert Preferences.' which appears like this: Simply de-select (un-check) all the boxes = no more alerts. OR under your Account 'Personal Details' preferences uncheck 'and receive email notifications of replies'
