Congrats on a successful first FaTip shave. As I said before, I think the aggressiveness of the FaTip, or at least the "dangerousness" certainly, has been overstated on all the wet-shaving boards. It certainly IS very efficient, and it does have a ton of blade exposure, but I never feel like it's inherently likely to hurt or injure me. On the contrary, I've always felt like it delivers a pretty smooth, efficient shave. The first-pass reduction of this razor is second to none that I have tried.
