True, there is no objective "best soap". This is very much a YMMV thing. (Except at my house, where my hubby knows that the best soap is what I make for him.)
FYI - those numbers aren't ratings. It is the number of people that had that soap in their top 5. There is bias in the numbers, of course. Here is what I wrote about on the other group: "This info is interesting, but there are caveats, of course. The sample size is still small with only a vote or two separating most soaps. One might surmise that people participating in a PIF have fewer soaps, in general, than those who did not participate. I don't know if that is true or not. Soaps near the top tend to be $2.50 per ounce or less, so soaps above that price may have fewer people who have tried them. I'm sure there is other bias too. However, I haven't seen a poll like this with more responses. I would love to have people continue to share their top 5 to get the sample size up. Overall, the message is that there are a lot of great soaps out there. There are many other great ones like yours, Reef Point, Beer Soap Brewing, and others that weren't mentioned here but probably will be as more people try them."

It has cinnamon? Muuuuuhahahahaa...my face has a negative reaction to cinnamon. In the words of the shark tank... I'M OUT!
They have a little note that says: "Please take note if you have sensitive skin or spice allergies. The heart of this fragrance contains Clove, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Ginger. If you experience any irritation please discontinue use immediately." As far as I know it's the only soap of theirs that have cinnamon in it.
Yeah..I just saw that. Oh well, No spice of life for this guy. I don't want red cheeks again...that cinnamon EO burns my face.
VERY interesting survey "ps1160". Thank you for posting it. I was a little surprised to see soaps like Arko, VDH Delux, Col Conk or Rays of Colorado none of those made it to the top? I would have thought those would have been more popular soaps simply based on a price to performance level.
Note that this is the initial small poll I did. The results of the 311 response poll is forthcoming tonight. I am still working on it.
