Thanks, Patrick! Gromit goes everywhere with us. From the time of his arrival he’s been flying to Las Vegas to celebrate Thanksgiving and hang out with my brother-in-law’s Italian Greyhound. He’s a great little traveler and has been spending a lot of extra time with Lauren, who’s understandably very sad to be here in her empty parents’ home.

Absolutely great portrait of Sir Grommit. Our faithful friends are just so cool. I love it.

I love the guarded AC blades. I find they last longer too.

Do have a safe trip home with half of that vaccination done. Yippie! My wife works in healthcare directly with lab specimens (ewe). She got round 2 last week.

    Uh, YUM!

My brother loves the soud vide. I might have to get one one day. Yeah, I know I could babysit a pot on the range too. But auto is the way to go.

Animals can sense sadness from humans for sure . My Sheppard always knew my moods and would nurture me according. :)
When my Dad passed she would lay on my legs and put her head on my chest over my heart . She sure knew I was grieving . Dogs are great healers and listeners when youre sad.

Nein, Patrick. Correct usage would be "more blingy." However, the main thing to remember is that @Hembree was born to sparkle.

Ahhh ok . Wasnt wearing my thinking toque when I wrote that. So I would use that in the same context as the phrase " more better"?
Eg : the more blingy, the more better.

Wonderful travel shave, Jeff. A Feather DX kami would be a great addition to any shave den. Gromit approves.

Have a restful day and safe travels tomorrow.

I knew that you would enjoy the R101. Great maiden run Patrick! Are you brave enough to use it with a Feather? Lol!

That’s great to hear, Bill! Did she get the Moderna or the Pfizer? I’ve heard that the second Moderna really knocks one for a loop! I was surprised at the effectiveness of that Softguard blade. That just may be my ticket for open edge dome shaves.

Thanks, Dave! We’re taking a pile of my Mother-in-law’s quilts along with many other things, her China etc. back with us. When we return it’ll be for the furniture with movers.

Thanks, Charlie! Hope you’re “weathering” things nicely in Kentucky! I have a very elderly first cousin who lives on a horse farm on the outskirts of Louisville. He used to be a Derby regular. I’ll have to check in on him to see how he’s doing.

It was Phizer, no side effects experienced.

On my first exposure to the guarded blades, I thought...... how can this possibly work. I tried them all and they work far beyond my expectations. A great option for those in the open edge curious category, IMO.

The technology and original patents were from the Personna folks around 1970 when they were owned by the cash rich Phillip Morris who did not mind investing in R&D. They still make a disposable called the Bump Fighter marketed at those more prone to ingrowns.
