Thanks Danny! The Rockwell handle gives a better feel because of the knurling. The R102 handle doesn't have knurling, but it isn't slippery when wet. The traditional R42 has the knurled handle and I am sure that it is very comfortable in hand, but it is more expensive than the R101 and R102. Finally, I would have to place the original handle on the R42 with the Rockwell blade to truly give a fair comparison. Like I mentioned, the R102 is my best DE. However, I will use other blades than Feathers. Three shaves on a Feather blade is not worth it to me, especially when they are 40 cents / blade.
