Hi guys, I'd like to show you this is my diy carbon handle, I used the segment of a damaged fishing rod, the brass compass comes from a fisher dowel.
    length 140mm diameter 8mm weight 6gr
so long and light it can be used with two fingers
use with vintage gillete tech is stunning experience the balance is perfect.

    Brilliant!
I like the looks, but not sure if I'd like the hold. It is pretty, though.

Great, clever idea! Looks cool too. Mostly I like the outside of the box thinking. I enjoy seeing or making myself brushes that use unique materials or items. Havent made a handle for a razor yet. To me it's more important to be creative and make something one of a kind, clever etc. Gotta figure, using a brush or a razor doesn't take up much time, so while I respect precious shave tools, using something like your cool handle wod be fun enough that the whole oh it's too long or not perfectly balanced stuff would go out the window lol. Super cool job, both in thinking it up and then making it!
