I couldn't wait until Friday so I went to the grocery store at lunch, got the supplies and had a couple of good fried bologna sandwiches. I've got to say that it was pretty good.

I am in! This is one of my specialty sandwiches. Another is a grilled cheeze hotdog sandwich. I think I may have to whip up a few of these before the official day - just to make sure I won't make a dud for the main event!
