Oh it's still painful when I passed my driving test it was 32 pence an imperial gallon, they were the days.

You're not kidding. I remember when the price went over 50c a gallon. The end of the innocence.

 

$1.26 in west Michigan. Of course my car gets over 250 miles per gallon.

 

$1.40 per gallon! I never thought I'd see these prices again!

 

I went to grade school in Woodbridge. Anyway I filled up the other day at the Central Park Sheetz in Fredericksburg for $1.45

 

I thought I was doing good with $1.47 in Phoenix today, some of you are making me jealous

 

Right here in the middle of the oil patch, Walmart is cheapest at $1.379 / gallon.
If you "purchase" a gift card, three cents further discount to $1.349. I know several folks in the drilling and exploration side of the business that have been laid off recently.

 

I knew something was afoot! Haha

 

$1.49 in Athens, Oh today

 

$1.819 in northern VT still

 

Traveling to San Francisco, $2.59

 

I saw $1.49 on the way home this evening.

 

About what it was when I was stationed at Rhein Main Air Base (Frankfurt) back in 1983-1986.

 

I filled up the truck today at $1.33 a gallon. Ft. Worth, TX

 

2.09 which is pretty good here in Alaska. Not good at all for our state's economy though.

 

Yeah, we're nudging up to $1.30 here in Denton as well. Kind of a bittersweet condition. Love the savings, hate that friends are losing employment.

$4.14 USD per US gal here in NW British Columbia. With the world prices on oil being so low it kicks the CAD into the trash. CAD is trading near a 13 year low right now. Thanks Opec!

 

But at that time you paid in D-Mark, not Euro, so it was about half the price it is today
