As I recall there was no real difference. I sold my FB along time ago.

I've used FB, Slim and BB. There's subtle differences in the top cap from Fat Boy to the others. The 195 has a thicker more rounded top that some find doesn't fit under the nose as easily. I grow a mustache so can't evaluate that issue. When I pick up a new-to-me Gillette adjustable it get's cleaned & polished, followed by an evaluation shave. So far I've always preferred the FB over the others. Could just be that I've had a FB for longer than the later designs. I'll admit I do like a longer handle for my large hands, but still the Fattys win every time.
The good news is of those ten or so other Adjustables - I'm not hoarding. They've all moved on to other folks. I'm a catch and release kind of guy. Except for my E-4, that is. It's the razor all others are compared to.

Yes, the caps are quite different, much as the earlier 50's Flare Tip caps differ from the later 60's ones...

Yet somehow I prefer the smaller domed Slim, and the larger domed Flare Tip. Go figure!

Veddy nice shave with the SA today. The Dollar Sto' Dorco was on day two and still in great shape. Love the Haslinger( hope I am spelling right) with tje 30DC brush. Finished off a hi class DFS with Family Dollar Spice AS.

I do not notice a difference in the shave with the different caps. I will say that just like @RyX pointed out I do not shave under my nose. Most I have read say the difference is in the handle....I do not see that either.

The head on the Slim fits into tighter spaces like under your nose better than the Fatboy.

Six. That's one too many shaves from a Kai SS blade.
Diluted apple cider vinegar softens boar brushes too much for my liking.
Old Spice mugs are right sized for Stirling soap samples.

Thanks for the run down. I’m trying to decide if getting a FB in addition to my BB will be worth it to me.

They are more alike than many people realize. I would expect a BB to be very like a Slim.

    I recently compared a 1958 Fatboy to a 1964 Slim.

The Fatboy's handle is noticeably larger at a diameter of .460" against the Slim's .395", but the weight difference is less noticeable, 79g for the Fattie and 71g for the Slim. The Fatboy does have a "chunkier" feel to it while the Slim feels just a touch more delicate, probably mostly down to the handle diameters.

The Slim's handle appears to be quite a bit longer, but I think that's due to it being thinner. The measured difference in length is only about 1/8".

They both balance right at the bottom of their adjustment rings. As we've said the caps are different but I think for the most part we just unconsciously accommodate for any differences.

Thank you for the great information. I’ve read that the BB has the most potential to be aggressive on the high end, but my interest is mostly curiosity because I prefer the feel on about 3 or 4 on the BB. Overall will a FB give me a different experience I wonder?

A matter of degrees. Subtle differences in blade gap, angles, etc. Keep in mind we're talking about 30-50+ year old brass (mostly) that has been used and maybe abused. The Fat Boys were $1.95 so it wasn't a big investment. With inflation that was like current $16.35 US. If we only knew there'd be a shoe box full of NOS cased razors in every closet.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Colgate Shaving Mug Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #144 badger brush. I did two passes with the Gillette 195 Fatboy on 7 with an Astra SP blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then English Leather AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
