Blue Tip - milder than the others
SS flair - middle in terms of aggressiveness ; a good everyday shaver.
Red Tip - more aggressive; I really enjoyed this razor when I had it.

All are fine vintage razors that don't require an extraordinary amount of expertise to achieve good results.

 

You have the order of aggressiveness right. Don't mean to be a grammar nazi, but "flair" is a misnomer. It's really "flare"
