New Improved. No case so about 1921 so I'm told. It's a shaver.

FWIW. When I open and smell the contents in that bottle of Old Spice, it smells exactly as I remember it. The Old Spice sold today no matter where it's made smells nothing like this. Opal content Smells like candy.
