Gillette Flare Tip (Black Handle) Gillette 7o'clock Super stainless Sent from my SM-T387V using Tapatalk
That razor is a military issue tech most likely a WWII model. Packaging is a dead giveaway it was a military issue razor also the razor head having the silver color is also indicative of it being military issue with that style handle. If it was civilian issue it would have came in retail packaging and the razor head would have been gold plated. It should also lack any date code stamps on the razor head. If that package came with any blades you can use those to try to establish a date for the razor by the date code on the blades. The later versions like that razor that were issued for civilian use during the Korean War in 1952ish will have a date code stamp on the razor.
is there an S stamped on the bottom of the baseplate ? also looks like it has oval slots, not triangular but prewar shape of baseplate.could be 1946 as well.
