I can't prove it, but I think ksenor was the username that Special_K was using when he first requested to be part of the grab bag. Further investigation is underway

Once (if) any more non-US residents start filing in line then I will insert myself between US and Europe (ie. the rest of the world) at that time and absorb that side of the int'l shipping costs. And don't worry, I'm not going anywhere If they don't, then I am going to continue to circulate the box as the list stands and JimR will be receiving it again directly following me. I anticipate a(n even more) fun variety of goodies by that point

Even though I am not participating I will contribute to the cause. I will meet or mail goods to SliddenJim located here in Atlanta. Not much but something is better than nothing. Kind of got my opinion misinterpreted so would like to make up for it a little bit. Have fun and enjoy!

 

Awww that's ok Shawn, no worries. I think you were pointing out the potential for the thing to go off sideways is all. That's happened in the past. We are hoping for better results this time!

 

That is only unfortunate and there is no obligation, but the grab baggers I'm sure will be willing to accept any and all donations! (hey, that almost rhymes!)

 

It's been quiet here .. so I was wondering .... where's the box now??

According to PM's, the box is on it's way to me. I'll post when I get it and post a picture of what I take out after I've sent it off.

 

The box was waiting when I got home today. I'd say it has a small amount of growth since starting. I've already selected what I want and what I'm putting in. I'll post pictures of what I keep after I get it in the mail.

I'm not going to get the stuff in the mail until Tuesday, as the wife has the car right now and the PO isn't open Monday. So, I'll post a pic a little early. Also a few hints to what's now in the box:
-Two shave soaps
-several shave creams
-enough DE blades to make a good sample pack
-a straight razor
-Several more items, but NO used underwear

Kevin - you're welcome. I can't get any cushion from the Valobra. I hope it treats you well.

All - Don't be so quick to pass on those little boar brushes. I have the one wooden handled one that's missing from the earlier photo and it performs very well. I'm using it occasionally at home, but more important is it will be my new travel brush. I get more lather from this little brush than from my VDH boar that's twice the size. My C&E BBB only gives a little more.
