Grab bag

The T&H limes and some of the blades are from me. I did the best I could sweeten up the pot but in my opinion it still stunk pretty bad. I could not believe some of the crap that was in there including a broken brush and oh ya the Bic razor. A waste of shipping money.

 

If you see stuff that is obviously junk, just toss it out. The name of the game is fun! I'm sure we can find it in our hearts to forgive the transgressor(s) (this go around )

 

Don't toss the Bic disposables. I will take them to the local homeless shelter. They are always looking for personal care items

 

I'm not going to toss anything - I've already sealed the box ... didn't take anything - but added a few goodies .. sm. bottle of Ogallala Bay Rum - Limes and Peppercorns, Castle Forbes Pre-Shave, a nice Gem razor, and a pack of Personna Red blades.

How does this sound? ... As the box goes around again - If there is something still in there that you put in - you take it out... and replace it with something much better..

I probably won't make it to the P.O. today - so will ship to Pam tomorrow.

 

Sounds reasonable to me. Pam if you want to hold of shipping the razors to us and include them in the grab bag box (if there is room) that's ok with us. Save you a bit on shipping.

 

Actually the MB Vanilla Sandalwood is one of the things I put in there along with blades and an SE razor, etc. I definitely put more value in it than I took out. No idea if someone tried the MB soap after I put it in there or not but if it hasn't been used since me, those scummy suds are actually clean soap suds....Its called loading the brush and moving it to a lather bowl.

 

I didn't mean to offend - but I'm not used to seeing a soap like that - with my own soaps - after "loading the brush" and after shaving - I rinse the soap out and let it dry for 12 hrs.

 

Thanks. We're cool. I've heard every way under the sun of how to do dry soaps and honestly I only used it once when I was still a noob. Just didn't care for the scent.

Will do. The razor I got off evilbay was nearly shave ready when it arrived all it need was a stropping. Don't know who honed her, but they did a fair job of it. Still have that little lady with the ivory scales to be honed and maybe another by the time the box gets here and I send it out again.

I didn't take a complete inventory .. but there's a bunch of blades.. some small boar brushes, a tube of T &H Limes cream, a sample of C&E Sienna soap, some old razors, a very old straight razor, a tub MB Sandalwood/Vanilla soap, some Shave Den Sub Zero Cream, a bic disposable, etc... etc.. (and the stuff I added.)
