Grooming Dept Preshave Has My Vote

God I hate commercials and I'm going to sound like one here - I apologize. I have sensitive skin. Nothing I have tried in the last 10 years has worked so well as Mohammad's Preshave. It is the only stuff, for me, that has almost completely eliminated weepers (when coupled with good technique) and improves any soap's performance. My skin feels great after the shave and heals faster should I get any irritation (I must say that since using this product I get irritation on very rare occasion) my skin heals so fast that I have left-over irritation the next day. I also get a closer shave using it. It flat out works if used as instructed. Again, sorry for sounding like a commercial.

 

I may sound like one tomorrow after my first shave with Sir Hare soap.

 

I have the Pre-Shave on it´s way to me. I am very curious about it. Heard MANY great things about it. It will come „Unscented“ but i think if it is THAT good, i will also buy it in „Citrus“.

Should be delivered on Monday…

 

I’m still using it for every shave. Rainforest.

I'm curious about it as well. When I get through my PAA Cube, I think I'll get some, too.

 

So…here is my little review.

I ´ve used the unscented Preshave for several times now and i like it. It is ok but not overwhelming. Maybe i did not found the correct product / water ratio. It gives more slickness that is for sure. The skincare is good but it does not help improving soaps which will not produce the „best“ lather, The skinfeel during and after the shave is good, but my menthol cube (not from PAA) can do it much better FOR ME. It will be used till the end but NOW i don ´t think of ordering it again. Not that it is a bad product, not at all, just as said i like it, but for me there are products out there which works better for me.
