Just relaxing, honing several razor, and preparing for a BBQ get together, with neighbors and friends later. I will be cooking approx 5 lbs of Chicken Fajitas, and the Veggies(Peppers and Onions) that go along with it. Fun time with friends, food, and a few beers.
It was very good. A good turnout of neighbors, and a few new families that had just moved in, down the street. The Fajitas were a hit. I dont think Northerners and those in the North/West get good Fajitas.
The Northwest has a good variety of Mexican food, including good fajitas. Michigan now. They don't get good Mexican food.
