I would suggest going to ask pop about the double edge. No doubt he can show you how to use the double edge, and there is nothing like a teacher showing you the ropes. He might even remember grand pop using the straight and might be able to show you the ropes there to.
Man do I wish I could take that advice. Dad has been gone for a little over 5 years now. He never used a DE, but he used an injector till he had his stoke and couldn't wet shave anymore. I remember as a little kid when he would get a new one he would put the blank that came in a new razor into his old one and let me "shave"
Yours too, huh? I'm pretty sure it was a 70's model injector that dad gave me to play with when he started using Bic disposables.
Yep and he always used that shaving cream that got hot on your face. I don't think they even make it anymore, at least I can't find it anywhere around here.
