I took Glens advice first thing I did was buy a naniwa 1k bevel setter then I worked a swap on a c12k from my mentor.The first thing Glen told me you have to learn to set the bevel correctly and hone that bevel to sharp, then go to your c12k and learn to finish honing to smooth and sharp. Glen has "one stone honing" videos and videos on bevel setting on you tube. I also attended a Pacific Northwest razor meet a while back and Glen taught a bunch of use to hone I felt very lucky to receive his tutelage...Glen is here to help and teach he is a natural teacher.
