history 101-1970s

Mine wasn't exactly stock.

 

I couldn’t afford to buy one now. A nice one sells for a pretty penny.
However I do own one of the Orange County Chopper bicycles from a few years back.

 

Radar Men from the Moon captivated me as a young man. It was really impressive to me back then. Clayton Moore who played the Lone Ranger was a bad guy in the serial.

 

Yup, I had one with the banana seat and tassles from the grips for sure...mine was blue.

 

Yup. My folks had a '77 Cordoba and we couldn't open the trunk as the leaf springs would move at the same time...

 

Jim Rockford's?

 

Nope. Jim Rockford drove a gold Pontiac Firebird.

 

That's what I thought-I mean with Rockford standing there, I didn't think it was his car.

 

That one is so bad that it's good, if that makes any sense.

very cool.i just realised that was an early 80's pic.oh well.the 80's were the big hangover from the 70's..

 

Hey Warnee, I think the Robustelli Rise ad was in the late 50's.

 

1970 Dodge Challenger RT/SE. Except for the engine, mine had a 383 Magnum, pretty much identical to my first car.
