For something like this you need to approach it from a collecting / investment standpoint. The short answer is no on both accounts because the market for this item no matter the condition is pretty well defined. If approaching it from a user standpoint not just no but hell no for the same reasons.
If a NOS 2011 R41 popped up at $200.00, I would not jump on it, even though it is the blade holder that killed my RAD forever. Mostly because I have a backup in place. But, maybe. Or not. Or yes. Or no. Or Whatever.
A Gillette Slim shaves as good as some of the $200 (or more) razors being made today. It's a good thing I can find one for $25. I wouldn't pay $200 for a NOS Slim, but I have paid silly prices for other pieces of shaving gear. Eventually, someone will buy it...maybe someone looking for a NOS birth quarter model to display. It's cool to see NOS vintage razors pop up for sale. I picked up a NOS Gillette SC on the Bay for a good price and was happy to be the first guy to shave with it.
