How are badgers made?

  1. If your first instinct was to reply, "When a mommy badger and daddy badger love each other very much...", well, ok that's hilarious, but what I'm really looking for is information on whether or not the animals we rely on for the quality brushes we have come to love are destroyed in the manufacture of a brush.

Can anyone shed light on this for me?

I LOVE wet-shaving, but have recently begun the practice of Buddhism, so I'm weighing my options regarding brushes...

  2. The following is an outstanding post and is exactly what I needed to know:

I will continue to purchase badger hair brushes now having the understanding of key elements included in the post.

Thanks very much, Musk, for sharing your research!
