I have the first two. My 1947 Aristocrat is in the mail after being replated. My 1947 Super Speed is also replated.

You have to post pictures of that Aristocrat when it arrives.

I have been on the hunt for a 3rd quarter 1982 but have had no luck. I saw one on the bat on another site but I was too late... Still hunting tho.

I got bit by Birthyear RAD recently and picked up two very nice Gillettes from 1955 on the bay - Superspeed Silver Flair tip and a Ball End. Probably paid too much, but I'll have something to hand down to my kids.
    Cheers!

Probably paid too much for a '62 slim I have coming, box is mint and the razor appears very clean. Will use it from time to time (more if I get to like it a lot!)

I bought a 1957 super speed. I have the wrong quarter, but that's okay. I like the super speed because it's simple and I like to think I'm a simple guy.

For me, as far as 1946 Gillette Aristocrat and Ball Tech I get a good shave but not as good as my Gillette Adjustables.

I was lucky I guess. I was looking for a birth you razor and came across a Black Beauty. Being born in 1974 does Limit the amount of de razors that are available for me to choose from but the black beauty is a good 1 to be able to choose.

I am also born in 1974. I wanted to find one from my quarter as well (July so 3rd quarter). So I did an ebay search for U3 Gillette razor for a couple months and found a super speed in decent shape and for a price I was willing to pay. I have used it a couple times (most recently on my birthday) and will be on the look out for the black beauty from the same year. Good luck in your search!
