I always make very strong French or Espresso Roast, then three heaping teaspoons of sugar and heavy cream.

I used to drink it black, but when I got married my wife only drank Turkish coffee that she made with sugar and cream, so I got used to it.

Funny thing now she doesn't drink it, while I through at least a pound of beans per week.

I use Burr grinder. Every morning I grind dark roast beans for my coffee and espresso beans for my wife's latte.

I like my coffee black and hot. :eatdrink013:

My wife and I usually make cappuccino's. Usuallywe use a splash of cream in our milk that we froth. If I have regular drip coffee; I like it with a flavored cream. Sometimes black. On a side, although I like coffee period..I only order my coffee from CoffeeAM. They are simply the best roasters in America IMO. They know their craft like Napa Valley knows wine.

Made with either an auto drip or vacuum pot. Seen the movie "Pulp Fiction?" I like it Wolf style. Lots of cream, lots of sugar. "Pretty please with a cherry on top?"

Like coffee should be drunk! Without milk or sugar. Sometimes I miss the days when I was a smoker and could pair it with a cigarette, though.

This ^ Just get really good quality coffee and drink it hot, fresh and black. Edit: plus freshly ground...

OAN, did you know that coffee is one of the fruits/herbs, like tea and grapes, whose flavor is largely dependant its "terrior", or the soil and conditions in which its grown? That's why coffee grown in volcanic soil, like Colombian, Jamaican, Hawaiian, etc., is so highly prized.

Large to-go cup with 2 milks and 2 sugars about 3-5 times daily. Can't think properly without coffee. 1 is never enough.

I love my coffee black. But it needs to be a good rich blend, like an Italian or French roast. I occasionally enjoy a Latte (without foam) with a triple shot of espresso--nothing else to be added.

Having said that, I also have to say that I usually only have 1 cup of coffee per day, but it has to be a GOOD cup of Joe.

I like Arabic coffee too. Most of my parishioners are of Lebanese background, so it's pretty common for me to have it. Do like it with cardamom in it or not?

In croatia people mostly accept only one addon to their coffee, and that is milk, I personally like it black :)

no straining , just let it sit for a minute or two , some like the foam to remain on top but I spoon it off

I agree. But cardamum isn't bad in Arabic coffee. Especially with a nice piece of baklawa!
