How Done do you like your steak?

I either like rare, or medium rare.

 

Medium rare, definitely pink in the middle.

 

medium rare, a nice pink color is perfect.

 

Perfection for beef….


…a bit less pink for lamb.

 

Blue-rare when I was a young stud. Medium now. With mushrooms... Lots and lots of mushrooms...

 

I like mine pulled off at about 130* and rested for ten minutes, so about rare leaning toward medium.

Medium rare. BUT it MUST come off the GRILL, charcoal with a wood smoke. Gas is just cookin' outside!
