Medium/Medium-well checking in. For the rare/medium-rare eaters, how do you deal with the almost gummy centers? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a spot o'pink, but I've ordered steaks that were practically cold in the center.
I like a thick Filet Mignon Brooklyn Style....Dark on the outside and Red in the center....otherwise, just knock off the horns, shave off the hair (BBS please) and bring forth...
I know all of you steak connoisseur's are going to hate me : Meat and rice is about all I eat, but I tried the veggie hamburgers once and they actually tasted pretty good to me... As for steak I like mine "VERY" well done(no blood please) with ketchup on it....YUMMMM
