I love tabac. Have gone through a few pucks rather easily with the larger brushes (28-32mm knots). A puck generally lasts me about 2 months of daily shaving.

Checked by records = 47 shaves since Nov.24,2015.
Looks like it will last quite a while longer ( I would guesstimate 3-4x that number of shaves)

Glad to see you're back! How was the hunt?
I'm at 9 shaves with Tabac, although I'm rotating. I grated mine into a tub, so it might go faster because of that. I also cut off about a 15 gram sample for someone, so my guess right now is about 75 shaves on this puck.

What size knot are you guys using? You're getting way more shaves than I'm managing.

    I'm using a 22mm and 24mm synthetic for mine.

@ssultan I'm only estimating 75 shaves on my puck of Tabac, it could turn out less. I think the average from boys over at Badger and Blade that go through soaps one at a time is about 1-1.5 grams of soap per shave, which is 83-125 shaves per puck of Tabac. A 28 or 30mm badge would definitely chew threw a puck faster than a 24 or 22mm synthetic though. Even with my synthetics I feel like I load too much Tabac.

I'm using in no certain order a TGN 28mm, TGN 26mm both are finest badger grade and a Semogue 620 boar.

Nothing big enough to shoot but had some great naps in the tree stand.

Why are we talking about cars in a topic that clearly said 'How Many Shaves in a Puck of Tabac?', we're talking about Tabac not cars this has gone completely off the topic :shocked003::shocked003::shocked003::shocked003::shocked003::shocked003:

Nope. You obviously have not read through this entire thread. Go back and see posts 173, 175 and 175, all on page 10.
