Winter came late to the gulf coat plane here in Texas. At the moment it's really nice and cool. Honestly I don't mind the summer heat because the Gulf Stream keeps it about 95 or so but in the winter the temp can dip into the low 50's as a norm and might get below freezing for a week or two at the most. It's a damp cool so a light jacket is nice but the cool temps are always a welcome relief.

Nope a 10 on the "Mellish Meter" - WSB Radio and TV. - 11 Alive had to copy him.

Thanks Brother. They get nailed a bit more up there by lake effect, but the Nor'easters hit us hard. We get our share of lake effect too.

And let us not forget the Alberta clippers....etc...:Animatedfrozensmily:

I am coming up in January to watch a couple Oswego St hockey games...maybe it will be a dry week. I spend about two weeks a winter in total near Fulton-Clay-Oswego area. My wife's family lives in Fulton.

Great hockey played up there. If your wife is from Fulton and you visit every year, there is nothing I can tell you abut these winters that you do not already know. Sure is nice in the Summer and Fall though. Not much of a Spring. I call Spring "mud season".
