We'll see what happens. The weather forecast is calling for lows in the teens in a few days. All of our snow might be gone by tomorrow though. I was hoping to take our girls sledding over the break but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. It looks more like I need to get the lawn mower ready.
We're supposed to be getting a lot of rain moving in from Texas in the next day or two. Even national news was saying that a front that will stretch from Pittsburgh to Houston will produce lots of rain for much of the nation's midsection. It's 45º in Baton Rouge right now; high for today expected to reach 54; about right for this time of year.
We are actually getting sort of winter weather now. It is -14 or 7 with the wind but no snow yet. Living in the snow belt I really expect snow by now
Our windchill number ranged in the -20-30s during that same period. My dog would see me put on my shoes, coat and hat, and then pretend to be asleep.
The weather here in Alberta Canada has been bi-polar ( and I'm not talking about the two ends of the earth!) +3 Celsius one day, and -18 the next. It can't make up it's mind.....very strange.
Forecast here, rain changing to freezing rain then ........ People are freaking out, couldn't find a parking spot at the grocery store...I'm in Michigan for goodness gracious, it's January...it snows here!
