Oh, I dunno... the dangly earings might work, but you'll have to have a concurrent mid-life crisis for it to all come together.
Today was special & fun. We went to the outdoor archery range, which is in a public park. Shortly after we started, a young man arrived with his new bow. Unfortunately, he did not realize that you have to bring your own target. But fortunately, we had an extra with us, to lend him. In the course of the conversation, we learned that he got interested enough to get his own bow, after taking a couple of lessons at our archery club. It is very satisfying to know that the lessons we give are successful. And the young man was so nice, that we really enjoyed being able to help him get started with his new bow.
Instead of venturing out on town and having fun with my femme de la semaine I instead sat around at home waiting for a goshdarn contractor that decided to not show.
Today is my first day off in about a week so I thought I'd take the dog for an early morning walk. As soon as I get a decent distance from the house it starts to pour. Luckily for me I live by a high school with covered sidewalks. Unluckily for me it decided it wasn't going to stop raining any time soon so I had to walk back through it. Oh well I have the rest of the day to make it better plus Game of Thrones comes back on tonight!
Good to hear. How is your brother's rehab coming along? I hope this is a good indication of how he's doing.
