    yay I love it!

I took a feat called exotic weapons that allows me to use her axe

I just got really lucky with my original dice rolls when it came to her stats, her lowest stat is a 12 in charisma and int which is still above average :happy102

    she is

    16 strength
    15 dex
    14 wisdom
    12 int
    12 charisma

    @ level 4

she gets two more levels for saturday's campaign but they won't be tacked on until saturday

    haha

Ahh... I had forgotten about that brush. I see its influence. Either way, you should be proud of your work.

I am assuming you used a wood lathe to turn it. One of the pics looks like it is just stuck on a drill.

I haven't decided yet. It's the ball end, which I don't like as much. But the head I think may be a little different than my NEW, I haven't compared them side by side yet. Plus this ones head is in much nicer condition....:D

I'll let you know before I list it if you're interested...

Ah I see, said the blind man.

Well while I'm out drinking in the bars, I'll keep my eye out for a petite gal with a giant axe and 5 foot tall bird. Looks like she could stop a bar fight all on her own.

I'm interested. (I need another razor like I need a hole in the middle of my forehead, but I won't let that stop me)

haha she might be able to, she's the 2nd strongest in the party and has the most HPs, Buttons doesn't come into buildings with me because he's too big. If you see a giant owl sitting on top of a building near the bar then you should be afraid. It's also more useful that way because I'm mind linked with buttons so he can empathetically let me know if trouble is coming that I can't see from inside the building.

okay, I'm about to be sick...and probably about to skin a damned cat...
was getting the handle ready to put back on the lathe and finish with the sealing/sanding/polishing, set the handle and lathe chuck on counter for a second, turned around to get a drink of water, heard loud sound, one eerily similar to, oh, I don't know, a piece of wood mounted in a chuck falling off a table to a concrete floor...and an orange ball of fur shaped like a cat jumping off of said raised furniture....:angry021:angry017

Nah I wouldn't be afraid, I'd just know where to go for a stout drinkin' partner.

You could always keep the better head, take the head with more wear and stick it on the ball end handle (assuming they are the same diameter ends). And then put that one on classifieds. Honestly, when it comes to three piece razors, who knows if you are getting matched parts.

I got a "Gentleman Otto" razor in today. Handle looks just like an old style 3 piece. The head has the same number of teeth with the same teeth spacing. However the outermost teeth are thick like on a Merkur or Muehle or NEW (old style outer teeth were then). The cap is the same size as a normal Gillette Old Style so it doesn't quite match the base plate. However, the cap isn't quite the same cap on an old style either. It looks the same but there are some subtle differences. The plating is weird on it as well. The outermost part of the cap is shiny gold as though it was never used. Underneath the cap it is worn nickle. The rest of the razor has plating issues as well. I don't get why the outer part of the cap is wear free but the inner part shows years or use. Very odd little Otto.

That's kind of what I was thinking of doing, if they were the same heads (teeth matched, etc...) Weren't the NEWs the ones that had long and short teeth? The "clothes hangar" shaped head profile? If they were different, then I'd keep the one that worked better for me.

I can tell you though, I have really been enjoying the NEW I picked up a week or two ago...

Very! I know it wouldn't be quite the same, but could it be repaired with wood glue or an epoxy?
